Le présent appel d'offres ouvert a pour objet la relance du contrat n°2025087 déclaré infructueux. Ce marché vise la location, l'entretien et la réparation des vêtements portés régulièrement. Il concerne également des prestations complémentaires relatives notamment à la traçabilité et la personnalisation des vêtements. Le candidat devra obligatoirement répondre à la Prestation Supplémentaire Éventuelle (PSE) N°1 relative à la location et entretien des vêtements de travail pour les saisonniers. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre sans montant minimum avec montant maximum et un opérateur économique passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique.
