Summary

Machine-generated summary

A French regional authority is setting up a framework agreement with a single economic operator for the production and distribution of an information magazine aimed at residents of the territory. The scope covers printing, finishing, and distribution of the magazine, both through letterbox delivery and through fixed drop-off points, across all six departments of the Region. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 2,000,000 euro excluding tax, and will be executed through the issue of purchase orders. The contracting authority explains that splitting the service into lots would make performance technically difficult, as the volumes involved make logistics simpler for a single provider.
