La présente consultation concerne le débroussaillement d'office de terrains soumis aux obligations légales de débroussaillement prévues par le code forestier. La présente consultation porte sur des prestations de débroussaillement d’office de terrains soumis aux obligations légales de débroussaillement prévues par le code forestier. Les prestations à réaliser sont situées sur des parcelles du territoire de la Ville de Mandelieu-La Napoule ou sur des parcelles limitrophes, pour lesquelles les propriétaires d’habitations, constructions ou installations de toutes natures situées à Mandelieu-La Napoule, n’ont pas satisfait aux obligations légales de débroussaillement. Elles pourront également porter : •Sur des accotements de voies ouvertes à la circulation publique •Sur des accotements de voies privées non ouvertes à la circulation publique •Sur des accotements de voies •Sur les terrains situés sous l’emprise des lignes électriques Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande, passé à prix unitaires et forfaitaires sans minimum et avec maximum, fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles et exécuté au fur et à mesure de l’émission de bons de commande, sans négociation ni remise en concurrence, selon les modalités prévues dans l’accord-cadre et en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Montant minimum annuel : sans montant minimum Montant maximum annuel : 60 000 € HT A titre indicatif, les montants commandés pour les 4 dernières années sont les suivants : -1ère période (12/08/2022 au 11/08/2023) : 6 811,70 € HT -2ème période (12/08/2023 au 11/08/2024) : 6 558,95 € HT -3ème période (12/08/2024 au 11/08/2025) : 7 884,10 € HT -4ème période (12/08/2025 au 11/08/2026) : 6 924,10 € HT
