Description

Le titulaire aura la charge de procéder à l'entretien, au nettoyage et au désherbage des espaces qui lui seront confiés. La Commune réserve ces prestations en application de l'article L2113-13 du Code de la commande publique, et souhaite mettre en oeuvre des chantiers à vocation d'insertion sociale et professionnelle de public éloigné de l'emploi éprouvant des difficultés d'insertion. Le lot 2 a pour objet la réalisation de prestations d'entretien courant, de nettoyage et de désherbage des cimetières communaux ainsi que des espaces extérieurs des établissements scolaires, des crèches et le cas échéant des jardins publics de la Commune. La Commune souhaite entretenir ces sites en recourant à une entreprise adaptée, un établissement de service d'aide par le travail ou une structure équivalente, employant au moins 50% de travailleurs handicapés en application de l'article L2113-12 du Code de la commande publique.
