Description

Le marché a pour objet la maintenance préventive et curative des réseaux d'assainissement des équipements communaux de la ville de Saint-Maurice. Le marché est conclu à prix mixtes. L'ensemble des prestations de maintenance préventive programmées est rémunéré par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire. Les interventions de maintenance préventive supplémentaires et les interventions de maintenance curative, rémunérées par application des prix unitaires figurent dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU). Ces prestations donneront lieu à l'établissement d'un accord cadre conclu sans montant minium annuel et avec montant maximum annuel : 40.000 euros H.T. soit 160.000 euros HT global. Le marché de services est conclu pour une durée initiale de 12 mois et est reconductible tacitement 3 fois sans que sa durée maximale ne puisse excéder 4 ans.
