Le présent marché a pour objet des prestations de nettoyage quotidiennes, périodiques, ponctuelles, évènementielles et supplémentaires, incluant notamment le nettoyage des locaux, la collecte des couverts et assiettes des espaces de convivialité, leur transfert dans le local plonge et la gestion de la plonge avec la remise à disposition des commerçants des équipements nettoyés, du mobilier, des extérieurs, de la vitrerie ainsi que, le cas échéant, les prestations spécifiques prévues au CCTP. Il comprend également la fourniture de l’ensemble des produits de nettoyage et d’hygiène nécessaires à l’exécution des prestations, la fourniture, la mise à disposition, l’entretien et l’approvisionnement des distributeurs de savon, papier hygiénique, essuie-mains, désodorisants pour sanitaires, sacs-poubelles et autres consommables nécessaires, ainsi que l’évacuation des déchets dans les conditions définies au CCTP.
