Description

Le présent marché porte sur l'acquisition de 3 véhicules pour la ville de Saint Maurice. Le marché est alloti et est décomposé en 3 lots : Lot n°1 : Un véhicule électrique VL de type COMBI ; Lot n°2 : Un véhicule électrique VL de type SUV ; Lot n°3 : Un véhicule électrique VL de type SUV affecté à la police municipale. Un candidat peut répondre à un ou à plusieurs lots. Les prestations seront réglées par l'application d'un prix global et forfaitaire tel qu'il figure dans la décomposition du prix global et forfaitaire (DPGF) jointe au présent marché. Le marché prend effet à compter de sa notification et prendra fin à l'expiration de la période de garantie des véhicules. La durée du marché est donc ferme et non renouvelable. Pour chaque lot, les délais d'exécution sont précisés dans l'annexe « délais » sans que ces délais ne puissent excéder 6 mois à compter de la notification du marché. Le marché comporte des prestations supplémentaires éventuelles (PSE). La réponse aux prestations supplémentaires éventuelles (PSE) est obligatoire pour tous les lots. Les candidats devront compléter les éléments correspondant aux PSE. L'absence de réponse entraînera l'irrégularité de l'offre. La commune se réserve le droit de retenir ou non l'une ou l'ensemble des prestations supplémentaires éventuelles (PSE) au moment de l'attribution.
