Les prestations incluent le transport des déchets, la traçabilité des flux, le reporting et les obligations nécessaires à la continuité du service public. Compte tenu du caractère permanent et essentiel des prestations, le titulaire devra disposer d'une organisation adaptée lui permettant d'assurer la continuité du service et de s'adapter aux contraintes d'exploitation du centre de Romainville, y compris pendant les différentes phases de travaux et d'évolution du site.
