Le présent marché a pour objet d’assurer le traitement par broyage des déchets verts collectés de manière séparative, principalement sur le bassin Nord du Syndicat de Traitement des Déchets du Nord et de l’Est de l’île de la Réunion (SYDNE). L’exploitation de la plateforme de broyage de déchets verts de la Jamaïque dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur (Code de l’Environnement notamment) - y/c toutes les analyses réglementaires et tous les contrôles y afférant ; l’entretien, la maintenance des matériels, infrastructures, locaux et équipements mis à disposition ; la lutte contre les nuisibles ; la prévention et la sécurité; Cette prestation comprend : La réception et le contrôle des déchets verts sur le(s) site(s) du Prestataire ; Le tri des apports de déchets verts entrants sur site ; Le stockage des déchets verts dans l’attente de broyage ;Le broyage des déchets verts sur l’installation proposée par le Titulaire ; Le stockage puis l’écoulement des broyats dans le respect de la réglementation ;
