Le présent marché consiste à effectuer toutes les prestations de propreté, d'hygiène d'entretien et de blanchisserie (avec produits et fournitures) et travaux de couture, dans les conditions économiques, techniques et environnementales les plus favorables, afin d'apporter une qualité de service obligatoire. Les prestations ont lieu au sein de structures accueillant des enfants de moins de 3 ans aux normes d'hygiène strictes. Les prestations se déroulent dans un établissement recevant du public (ERP) 5ème catégorie, pour une surface d'environ 1000 m² pour la Maison de l'Enfance « Nicole Chapel » et d'une surface d'environ 1200 m² pour la crèche collective « les Dauphins » et la halte-garderie « les Poussinets-Loupiots ».
