Le présent marché a pour objet de : - Confier à une société de service la réalisation des prestations d'accueil téléphonique et de gestion d'appels téléphoniques pour le compte de Reims habitat. - Définir les conditions suivants lesquelles ils sont exécutés. Les prestations attendues concernent : - La gestion des appels en débordement dès lors que toutes les lignes internes de Reims habitat sont occupées. - La gestion des appels en astreinte de17h00 à 8h00 toute la semaine en incluant les week ends, les jours fériés ainsi que les jours exceptionnellement fermés. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les options (prestations similaires et reconductions).
