Les missions concernent les phases de conception et de réalisation, relatives à des opérations de catégorie II ou III, au sens de l'article R.4532-1 du Code du travail. Les stipulations se rapportent à des travaux d'aménagement numérique, dans le cadre des marchés passés par la Collectivité Territoriale de Martinique pour mener à bien la stratégie Martiniquaise en matière de déploiement du Très Haut Débit.
