Dans le cadre de nos opérations de travaux, VNF est tenu de garantir la sécurité et la protection de la santé des travailleurs intervenant sur les chantiers, en application notamment des dispositions du Code du travail, et en particulier des articles L. 4531-1 et suivants ainsi que R. 4532-1 et suivants relatifs à la coordination en matière de sécurité et de protection de la santé (SPS).Le présent accord-cadre a ainsi pour objet de sécuriser juridiquement et opérationnellement nos pratiques en matière de sécurité des chantiers.
