Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Montants mini : 300 000 euro(s) HT / maxi : 900 000 euro(s) HT Il est conclu pour une durée de 1 an et 8 mois, à compter de la date de notification du contrat jusqu'au 30 septembre 2027. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires, révisables annuellement pour les prix relatifs à la main d'oeuvre, et ajustables annuellement par référence au tarif catalogue pour les prix relatifs aux pièces détachées. Une procédure de réexamen des conditions d'exécution de l'accord-cadre peut être menée en application des articles L.2194-1 1° et R.2194-1 du code de la commande publique
