Description

Accord-cadre à bons de commande multi attributaire (2) avec montant HT minimum 70 000 euro(s) et montant maxi 250 000 euro(s) HT pour la durée totale du contrat, en groupement de commandes avec la Ville de Thionville et son CCAS. La CAPFT est coordonnateur jusqu'à la signature du marché. Chaque entité assure le suivi de l'exécution du marché et le paiement des factures. Durée : du 01/01/2026 au 31/12/2029. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La consultation prévoit la fourniture d'échantillons avant la date limite de dépôt des offres. Le contrat prévoit le versement d'une avance, avec obligation de constituer une garantie à première demande en contrepartie. Les prix sont fermes jusqu'au 31/12/2026 puis ajustables annuellement. Le paiement des prestations se fera dans le respect du délai global de paiement applicable à l'acheteur. Une procédure de réexamen des conditions d'exécution de l'accord-cadre peut être menée en application des articles L.2194-1 1° et R.2194-1 du code de la commande publique
