Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de nettoyage périodiques et ponctuelles au sein des locaux désignés au cahier des clauses techniques particulières. Les prestations comprennent notamment : o Les opérations de nettoyage courant effectuées à fréquence régulière (quotidienne, hebdomadaire, mensuelle ou trimestrielle selon les zones concernées) ; o Les interventions périodiques spécifiques (remise en état, décapage, shampoing moquette, nettoyage des vitres, etc.) ; o Les prestations ponctuelles réalisées à la demande du pouvoir adjudicateur (interventions exceptionnelles, nettoyages après travaux, sinistre, événement particulier, ou besoin spécifique). Pour les prestations périodiques : Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire Pour les prestations ponctuelles : il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande Nettoyage des locaux du secteur Nord; Nettoyage des locaux du secteur Ouest; Nettoyage des locaux du secteur Sud; Nettoyage des locaux du secteur Est; Nettoyage des locaux du secteur Centre
