Description

La Commune de Carcassonne souhaite confier à un prestataire le nettoyage, la maintenance et le traitement de l’eau de ses fontaines publiques ainsi que le miroir d'eau du square Gambetta. La consultation donnera lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire d'une durée de 4 ans à compter du 1er mars 2026. Les fontaines étant différentes les unes des autres, l’étendue des prestations de nettoyage, d’entretien et de maintenance est différente d’une fontaine à l’autre. Il est donc demandé aux candidats de voir les ouvrages avant de proposer leurs prix et de répondre à la consultation. Pour autant, aucune visite n’est organisée et les candidats peuvent librement effectuer cette visite. Les entreprises sortantes sont dispensées de cette visite obligatoire car elles connaissent les installations. Le montant total des prestations pour la durée de l'accord cadre soit 4 ans est compris entre un minimum de 200 000 € H.T. et un maximum de 850 000 € H.T.
