L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique concernant la partie à DPGF. Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les organismes suivants : - Commune de TOULOUSE Lieu(x) d'exécution : Bâtiments de la Ville de Toulouse et Toulouse Métropole Cet accord-cadre « composite » fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations. Il correspond pour partie à un marché ordinaire avec DPGF et pour partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commande. Pour la partie accord-cadre à bon de commande les montants maximum sont les suivants : Pour le lot N°1 : Toulouse Métropole : 100 000.00 euro(s) HT / Annuel Ville de Toulouse : 200 000.00 euro(s) HT/ Annuel Pour le lot N°2 : Toulouse Métropole : 100 000.00 euro(s) HT/ Annuel Ville de Toulouse : 200 000.00 euro(s) HT/ Annuel Les montants maximums des deux lots seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction. La partie « marché ordinaire » concerne les prestations suivantes : - une partie forfaitaire, portant sur les prestations de nettoyage classique et récurrent des bâtiments définis dans le CCTP et ses annexes, et selon les prix renseignés dans l'acte d'engagement et les DPGF. Les prestations seront rémunérées à la fois par application de prix forfaitaire(s) pour les prestations relevant de la partie « marché ordinaire » conformément aux prix indiqués dans la décomposition des prix forfaitaires (DPGF), et par application des prix unitaires pour les prestations relevant de la partie « accord-cadre à bons de commande » conformément aux prix indiqués dans le bordereau des prix unitaires (BPU).
