La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des article L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des article L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commande conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les organisateurs suivants : - Commune de TOULOUSE Le coordinateur du groupement de commandes est : TOULOUSE METROPOLE. Il aura en charge la passation, la signature et la notification de l'accord-cadre. Chaque membre devra suivre l'exécution de l'accord-cadre. Montants maximums pour la période initiale : Toulouse Métropole : 100 000 euro(s) HT / Ville de Toulouse : 150 000 euro(s) HT Ces montants sont identiques pour chacune des périodes de reconduction.
