Summary

Machine-generated summary

This contract concerns comprehensive project management (maitrise d'oeuvre) services for both the building and the industrial thermal process of a new heat production plant in Toulouse. As part of the urban heating and cooling network 'Plaine Campus', operated under a public service delegation by Toulouse Energie Durable for Toulouse Metropole, the project will convert an existing emblematic building on the Ile du Ramier into a 5.5 MW hydrothermal plant. Heat pumps will capture thermal energy from the Garonne river, raising the network's renewable energy rate to over 85%. The provider must handle all project management duties under the French public procurement code, including process-building interfaces, accessibility, maintenance and thermal performance.
