Description

Les rames TGV font l’objet d’une modification (réaménagement) afin d’intégrer une nouvelle version du Bi-standard ERTMS/TVM, la v9.4.2B, qui a pour objectif principal d’ajouter la fonction « Cold Movement Detector » (CMD). Conformément à l’article 15 de la Directive 2016/797/UE modifiée, SNCF Voyageurs SA demande : - à l’organisme notifié (NoBo) d’engager la procédure de vérification de conformité aux Spécifications Techniques d’Interopérabilité (STI), prévue à l’annexe IV de cette même directive pour le sous-système Matériel Roulant. - à l’organisme désigné (DeBo) d’engager la procédure de vérification de conformité aux règles nationales, prévue à l’annexe IV de cette même directive. Conformément à l’article 6 du Règlement d’exécution 402/2013/UE modifié par le règlement 2015/1136, SNCF Voyageurs demande à l’organisme d’évaluation des risques (AsBo) d'engager la procédure d’évaluation qui porte sur la bonne application du processus de gestion des risques qui couvre, à la fois, le matériel roulant objet du projet, et son intégration au sein du système ferroviaire.
