Le présent concours de maîtrise d’œuvre est organisé en vue de l’attribution du marché de maîtrise d’œuvre pour la construction d’une nouvelle cuisine centrale. Cette mission de maîtrise d’œuvre porte sur la construction d’un équipement disposant notamment des caractéristiques suivantes : - 900 m² de plancher comprenant un espace lingerie, un espace administratif, un espace production de repas et un parking dédié ; - Capacité de 2000 repas par jour ; Au-delà de la construction, l'étude poursuit plusieurs objectifs : - Production et efficacité : Accroître la rentabilité de la production ; - Qualité et durabilité : Améliorer la qualité des repas (alimentation saine et équilibrée) ; Lutter contre le gaspillage alimentaire ; améliorer la gestion des déchets (compostage, etc.) ; - Conditions de travail et adaptabilité : Améliorer les conditions de travail des agents ; Créer un bâtiment évolutif et adaptable ; - Performance environnementale : Mieux maîtriser les consommations d'eau et d'énergie (isolation, conception) ; - Synergies territoriales : Faciliter la reconstruction de l'école La Fontaine ; Envisager une mutualisation avec la communauté d'agglomération ; Cette nouvelle cuisine sera implantée au niveau de la Zone Industrielle Jean-Jacques Rousseau à l’Est de la ville, dans la nouvelle zone d’activités Voltaire. Ce concours est un concours restreint sur « esquisse + » organisé conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2125-1 2°, R. 2162-15 à R. 2162-26 et R. 2172-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. La part de l’enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux par le Maître d’Ouvrage est estimée à 3 500 000 euros HT (valeur mars 2025). Lot unique
