A partir d'un programme avec remise des prestations au niveau « Esquisse + », un marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre sera conclu après négociation avec le ou l'un des lauréats du concours. Le programme porte sur la rénovation partielle de l'école existante et la construction d'une extension pour un restaurant scolaire et des classes, ainsi que la requalification des espaces publics attenants (stationnements, cheminements piétons, espaces végétalisés) et de la cour de l'école. La surface à rénover est de 868 m², la surface à construire est estimée à 980 m². Les espaces publics à requalifier représentent 4400 m² et la cour de l'école et les abords 3284 m². La part de l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée à l'ensemble des travaux est de 4 228 000 euro(s) HT
