Description

L'opération objet de la présente consultation consiste en la restructuration du site de l'Institut Médico-Éducatif (I.M.E) Alfred Binet aux Mureaux (78). Il est situé au 6 rue des Gros Murs, sur une parcelle cadastrale de 37 153 m2, située partiellement en zone naturelle au PLUi et en zone inondable au titre du PPRI. Le programme prévisionnel prévoit la déconstruction de huit bâtiments d'une surface totale d'environ 3 000 m2, la construction d'environ 2 480 m2 de surfaces utiles (SU), la réhabilitation de deux bâtiments d'une surface totale d'environ 500 m2, l'aménagement d'environ 500 m² d'espaces extérieurs et la réalisation d'environ 50 places de stationnement dédiées aux véhicules de l'I.M.E et de ses agents. L'estimation du montant des travaux est de 8 830 000 Euros hors taxes (H.T.). Il est précisé que la maître d'ouvrage envisage le recours à la construction industrialisée afin d'atteindre ses différents objectifs.
