La présente consultation a pour objet de désigner le titulaire de l'accord-cadre de prestations d'assistance informatique. Les prestations à réaliser par le titulaire concernent les domaines suivants : - Assistance et support aux utilisateurs : - Interventions de proximité - Pilotage d'une démarche d'amélioration continue (gouvernance, reporting, maintien et amélioration d'une base de connaissance) Le détail complet des prestations figure au CCTP. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 3 000 000,00 euros HT, sur l'ensemble de la durée de l'accord-cadre (reconductions comprises), conformément à l'article R. 2162-4 2° du code de la commande publique. Cet accord cadre sera exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande conformément à l'article R. 2162-2 alinéa 2 du code de la commande publique
