Comme la propreté de la gare, le service toilettes contribue à la satisfaction globale des clients et participe à une meilleure perception de leur expérience client en gare. C’est dans ce contexte que SNCF Gares & Connexions lance une consultation pour confier, par le biais d’une concession de services, l’aménagement, l’exploitation, la gestion et l’entretien des toilettes en gare. Il appartiendra au Concessionnaire de faire une Offre qui lui semblera la plus pertinente. Le périmètre concerné est le suivant : - 31 gares (38 Emplacements) constituent le périmètre dit « obligatoire ». Le Concessionnaire devra obligatoirement formuler une proposition pour l’ensemble de ces Emplacements. - 1 Emplacement en option (Paris St Lazare-accès Rome) pour lequel SNCF Gares & Connexions est en attente de confirmation de mise à disposition de l’Emplacement. La décision de l’intégrer au périmètre de cette Concession sera prise dans un délai maximum de 18 mois à compter du démarrage du Contrat. - À ce socle s’ajoute un périmètre d’extension complémentaire, composé d’autres Emplacements situés dans les mêmes gares ou dans d’autres gares. Il est expressément attendu que les candidats intègrent dans leur Offre tout ou partie de ces Emplacements, intégrant un calendrier de mise en place.
