Exploitation et gestion des installations de chauffage, de ventilation, de climatisation, de production d’eau chaude sanitaire et de traitement d’eau de 58 sites répartis sur le territoire de la communauté de communes de Parthenay-Gâtine composé de 38 communes. Le marché est composé d'une tranche ferme relative à l'exploitation et la gestion des installations de chauffage, de ventilation, de climatisation, de production d'eau chaude sanitaire et de traitement d'eau d'une durée initiale de 36 mois reconductible 1 fois 24 mois. La tranche optionnelle vise à permettre le renouvellement de l'équipement de production de chauffage de l'école de Secondigny dont l'exploitation et la maintenance relèvent du périmètre du présent marché. En ce sens, cette prestation de travaux, opération exceptionnelle par rapport au P2 et P3 de la tranche ferme, présente un lien direct avec l'objet principal du marché dès lors qu'elle concerne un équipement dont le titulaire assure l'exploitation et la maintenance.
