Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'entretien des espaces verts de la Ville de Franqueville-Saint-Pierre pour la période 2026-2030. Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum de 115 000,00 euro(s) HT/an en application des articles R. 2162-2 et suivants, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale d'un (1) an, qui débutera à compter du 1er aout 2026, ou de la notification si celle-ci est postérieure. Ce marché est reconductible 3 fois par période d'un (1) an, pour une durée maximale de validité de 48 mois, soit 4 ans. L'accord-cadre sera conclu avec un seul opérateur économique. La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent accord-cadre à bons de commande est non alloti, conformément aux articles L. 2113-11 et R. 2113-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique, le motif de non-allotissement est le suivant : la dévolution en lots séparés est de nature à rendre financièrement plus couteuse l'exécution des prestations
