Les quantités prévisionnelles indiquées dans le CCTP et le DQE sont estimées pour 4 ans et sont détaillées dans l’annexe CHU_PHARMA_AO_PH2026-05_CCAP La présente consultation comporte 2 lots. lot 1 Fourniture de peptides Matière Première à Usage Pharmaceutique grade GMP (lot1). lot2 Mise en solution, Filtration stérilisante, répartition aseptique lot clinique de peptides GMP SPAE. Les quantités prévisionnelles indiquées dans le CCTP et le DQE sont estimées pour 4 ans et sont détaillées dans l’annexe CHU_PHARMA_AO_PH2026-05_CCAP_annexe2_detail_quantitatif_estimatif et PH2026-05_CCTP Les présents marchés prendront la forme d’accords-cadres mono-attributaires pour les 2 lots, et donneront lieu à l’émission de bons de commandes. Ils seront conclus sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum conclu selon une procédure d’appel d’offres ouvert. Le bénéficiaire est le CHU Besançon Franche-Comté.
