Summary

Machine-generated summary

The works cover overhead high-voltage (HTA) and low-voltage (BT) electricity networks and involve the construction, renewal, repair and maintenance of overhead and partially underground structures. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders based on firm unit price schedules, including an on-call emergency service, and may be supplemented for major construction, renewal or maintenance sites by one-off contracts with re-tendering among the companies selected under this procurement. The works comprise two lots. Selected companies must provide an on-call service at any time, day or night, on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. The framework agreement is valid for 48 months, extendable by 4 months by an order to proceed. Subcontracting is permitted subject to validation.
