Description

L'objet de cette mission est l'étude et la réalisation de la démolition-reconstruction d'un bâtiment situé au siège du Groupe UEM. Cette opération concerne : • La démolition d'un bâtiment, • La construction en R+2 d'un nouveau Bâtiment sur cette même zone. Le bâtiment accueillera en RDC des locaux techniques (ateliers et stockage) et sur les R+1/R+2 des locaux tertiaires-vestiaires. L'enveloppe prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est estimée à 6 MEuros hors taxes, hors honoraires de maîtrise d'oeuvre et des missions CTC et SPS et équipements mobiliers. Le titulaire se verra confier : pour la réalisation de l'opération, les éléments de mission suivants tels que : DIAG/ESQ, APS, APD, PRO-DCE, EXE 1, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR, constituant la mission de base et en option une mission OPC.
