Ce marché public, composé d'un lot unique prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande. La description des prestations est détaillée dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP). Les prestations seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans le bordereau des prix. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. L'accord-cadre sera conclu pour une période initiale d'un an à compter de la date de notification du contrat (la date indiquée dans le présent avis est donnée à titre indicatif), renouvelable trois fois par périodes annuelles successives. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. Il sera conclu sans montant minimal et pour un montant maximal de commande fixé annuellement à 150 000 euro HT.
