France - Road construction works - Infrastructure works in the Coeur d'Essonne Agglomeration area

Coeur d'Essonne Agglomeration, acting as coordinator of a joint purchasing group that also includes the Regie publique Eau Coeur d'Essonne, is procuring infrastructure works across its territory through a framework agreement with subsequent contracts. The works cover the creation or renovation of roads and urban spaces, including avenue plantings, street furniture and vertical signage, as well as the creation or rehabilitation of sewerage and drinking water networks using open trenches. The provision is divided into two lots, each awarded to several operators, with a maximum of five economic operators in total. The framework agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 and may be renewed three times for successive one-year periods. The indicative estimate is 22,000,000 euros excluding tax per year for all lots.
