Le CEA Leti souhaite faire l’acquisition d’un équipement 200 mm de dépôts PLD (Pulsed Laser Deposition) pour le développement des technologies CMOS et plus particulièrement des matériaux piézoélectriques. Il est destiné à réaliser les dépôts suivants : nitrure de Titane (TiN), oxyde d’indium-étain (ITO), nitrure d’aluminium scandium (ScAlN), nitrure d’aluminium (AlN). Le marché envisagé comprend les tranches suivantes : Une tranche ferme correspondant à l’équipement de base, Une tranche optionnelle n°1 relative à la fourniture d’une chambre PLD.
