Description

Concession de service public pour l'exploitation et l'entretien des ouvrages de production, transport et distribution de l'eau potable de la Communauté d'Agglomération Béziers Méditerranée Contrat de délégation de service public, par affermage, qui sera conclu en application des dispositions de l'article L1411-1 et suivants du code général des collectivités territoriales et aux articles relatifs aux concessions du Code de la Commande Publique. Le délégataire sera rémunéré par les ressources tirées de l'exploitation du service public de distribution de l'eau potable, objet du présent avis. Le délégataire assurera notamment à ses risques et périls : -La fourniture en continu d'une eau présentant les qualités chimiques, physiques et bactériologiques imposées par la réglementation en vigueur ; -L'exploitation et l'entretien des ouvrages ; -Les achats d'eau et le cas échéant, la vente d'eau ; -Les travaux prévus au contrat ; -La conduite des relations avec les usagers du service ; -La facturation et recouvrement de la redevance eau potable ; -La fourniture régulière et sur demande de toutes informations et synthèses sur la gestion et le fonctionnement technique et financier du service.
