Description

Conformément à l'arrêté du 21 juillet 2015 modifié, relatif aux prescriptions techniques et les modalités de surveillance et de contrôle des systèmes d'assainissement, l'Agglomération s'est engagée pour le système d'assainissement de Béziers sur un rejet de moins de 5% des flux de pollution produits durant l'année. Cet objectif est repris dans l'arrêté préfectoral du 07 avril 2017. Pour atteindre cet objectif, l'Agglomération envisage la construction d'un bassin d'orage de 18 000 m3 et ses réseaux de transfert, en amont de la station d'épuration intercommunale de Béziers. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires Ce lot comprendra construction du bassin de stockage de 18 000m3, son équipement, les canalisations d'interconnexion avec les réseaux existants et ouvrages associés (local technique, chambre d'arrivée des effluents, ..); Ce lot comprendra la conduite de trop plein du bassin vers le DO de l'Orb existant (y compris son raccordement) et la conduite de vidange du bassin d'orage vers le DN1400 existant (y compris son raccordement). Les canalisations seront en PRV
