Description

Exploitation du service public d'eau potable comprenant la production, la distribution et la gestion clientèle sur le périmètre du Syndicat du Val de Loire, composé de 40 communes. Le service concerne 2 500 km de réseau, 40 544 abonnés et 5 177 280 m3 consommés autorisés (données 2023). Les prestations seront définies au DCE, dont : - Exploitation des ouvrages de production - Distribution d'eau dans le périmètre délégué - Fonctionnement, surveillance, entretien, maintenance - Renouvellement des matériels tournants, accessoires hydrauliques, équipements électromécaniques - Amélioration de la connaissance patrimoniale, dont géoréférencement en classe A des nouvelles canalisations - Gestion clientèle : accueil/relation abonnés, facturation/recouvrement non contentieux, déploiement et maintenance d'un système de télérelève - Transmission de la donnée, renseignements et conseils relatifs au fonctionnement du service Le délégataire percevra les recettes au nom et pour le compte de la Collectivité, puis sera rémunéré. Des pénalités viendront sanctionner le non-respect des obligations. La reprise de personnel aura lieu conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.
