Description

L'objet de la présente consultation vise à désigner le futur concessionaire du service public d'eau potable sur une partie du territoire d'atlantic'eau à compter du 1er janvier 2026. La présente procédure est passée en application des dispositions de la 3ème partie du Code de la Commande Publique relative aux contrats de concession et aux articles L1411-1 et suivants et R1411-1 et suivants du Code Général des Collectivités territoriales. Le déroulement de la procédure se fera dans le respect des règles applicables aux contrats afférents au 2° a) de l'article R3126-1 du Code de la Commande publique. La procédure est restreinte. Les candidats devront remettre dans un premier temps leur dossier de candidature. Les candidats retenus seront invités à télécharger le dossier de consultation. Les dossiers de candidature et d'offre devront être envoyés dans le respect des demandes faites aux Règlements de la consultation. Communes concernées : Ancenis-Saint-Géréon, Couffé, Ingrandes-le-Fresne sur Loire, La Roche Blanche, La Chapelle-Glain, Le Cellier, Le Pin, Loirauxence, Mésanger, Montrelais, Mouzeil, Oudon, Pannecé, Pouillé-les-Côteaux, Riaillé, Teillé, Vair-sur-Loire, Vallons-de-l'Erdre. Exploitation des ouvrages et installations de production et distribution d'eau potable, renouvellement des équipements, facturation et gestion des relations avec les usagers. Nombre d'équivalents-abonnements 2022 : 28 365 Volumes facturés 2022 : 5 425 783 m3 Volumes produits 2022 : 5 460 993 m3 Ouvrages du service : - 3 unités de production - 7 réservoirs sur tour, 3 réservoirs au sol et 3 avec surpressions - 2 chlorations sur réseau - 1 418 km de réseau
