L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le montant maximum annuel est de 50 000 euro(s) HT. Au cours de l'exécution du marché, si le titulaire propose à sa clientèle habituelle des prix ou offres promotionnels et si ces prix sont inférieurs aux prix contractuels définis au marché, ces prix promotionnels remplaceront les prix contractuels pendant toute la durée de la promotion. Dans ce cas la facture comportera, le prix initial et la remise exceptionnelle comportant cette promotion sur la base des documents commerciaux justificatifs
