Les équipements concernés sont répartis sur dix sites relevant de la commune de Saint-Raphaël. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 01/01/2027 jusqu'au 31/12/2027. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.
