Le bâtiment modulaire pourra être neuf ou reconditionné. Dans le cadre du programme de rénovation urbaine du quartier Dravemont, la Ville de Floirac prévoit la mise en place d'un bâtiment modulaire provisoire. Cet ouvrage a pour objet d'assurer, pendant la durée de l'opération, l'accueil des services de la « Fabrique Citoyenne » ainsi que d'une agence postale communale. Le bâtiment modulaire sera maintenu en exploitation jusqu'à la mise en service du nouvel équipement communal, dont la livraison est actuellement programmée pour l'année 2032. Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le lot n°2 "Bâtiment modulaire'' prévoit la location, l'installation et la maintenance des bâtiments modulaires. Le titulaire est redevable des opérations de vérification périodique prévues par la loi TRAVAUX DE GROS OEUVRE; LOCATION ET INSTALLATION DE PREFABRIQUES
