Summary

Machine-generated summary

The municipality of Houten is preparing a procurement for a new financial application. Earlier this year a short market exploration was carried out into the possibilities, and several parties were recently invited to give a brief presentation of their applications. On that basis, together with the elaboration of internal user stories, a first version of a programme of requirements has been drawn up. The municipality now wishes to test this programme of requirements with the market. The procurement concerns a financial software application for the municipality's operations, to be delivered for the municipality of Houten.
