Description

De gemeente Molenlanden maakt voor de inkoop, levering en het beheer van softwarelicenties gebruik van een externe softwarebroker. De huidige overeenkomst loopt af. Tegelijkertijd blijkt uit de huidige situatie dat de dienstverlening op onderdelen verbeterd kan worden, met name ten aanzien van proactief advies, inzicht in licentiegebruik, regievoering en kostenbeheersing. De Aanbestedende dienst heeft daarom de behoefte om de softwarebrokerfunctie opnieuw in de markt te zetten en toekomstbestendig in te richten.
