Cet appel d’offres concerne les travaux de stores en toile - CFC 228.3, dans le cadre de la construction du Nouveau Groupe Scolaire de Corsier. • Le lot porte sur la fourniture et la pose de stores verticaux extérieurs en toile motorisés, y compris caissons, toiles, coulisses et systèmes de guidage, barres de charge, motorisations, câbles d’alimentation d’usine, supports, fixations et accessoires nécessaires à leur parfaite mise en oeuvre. • Les ouvrages présentent des dimensions et configurations variées, avec deux systèmes principaux selon leur implantation et plusieurs stores de grandes dimensions. Une attention particulière devra être portée à leur intégration architecturale, à la qualité des finitions, au guidage des toiles et aux performances de résistance au vent. • Le marché nécessite une coordination étroite avec les autres lots de façade, notamment les CFC 221 - Fenêtres et portes extérieures et CFC 215.2 - Façades bois, ainsi qu’avec le lot électricité pour les motorisations, commandes et automatismes. Les études, fabrications et poses devront être organisées par zones successives, selon le phasage du chantier. • Le marché comprend notamment les études et plans d’entreprise, relevés, vérifications techniques, échantillons, fabrication, transport, manutention, pose, réglages, essais et mise en service coordonnée, ainsi que toutes les sujétions nécessaires à la réalisation complète des ouvrages.
