Cet appel d’offres concerne les travaux de façades bois - CFC 215.2 , dans le cadre de la construction du Nouveau Groupe Scolaire de Corsier. Le lot porte principalement sur la fourniture et la pose des éléments de façades bois , comprenant notamment les claire-voies, montants et traverses, panneaux et habillages de façade, ossatures secondaires, isolations, membranes, tôleries, profils et accessoires nécessaires à la réalisation complète des ouvrages. Les ouvrages présentent des compositions, dimensions et finitions variées , avec de nombreux éléments en bois destinés à rester apparents. Une attention particulière devra être portée à la qualité architecturale des bois, traitements et finitions , à la précision des assemblages ainsi qu’à la qualité des raccords entre les différents éléments de façade. Le marché nécessite une coordination étroite avec les autres lots de façade , notamment les fenêtres et portes extérieures ainsi que les stores, et une organisation des études, fabrications et poses par zones successives, selon le phasage du chantier . Le marché comprend notamment les études et plans d’entreprise, relevés, échantillons et mock-up, fabrication, traitements et finitions, transport, manutention, pose, réglages, protections et toutes sujétions nécessaires à la réalisation complète des ouvrages .
