Cet appel d’offres concerne les travaux de fenêtres et portes extérieures en bois - CFC 221, dans le cadre de la construction du Nouveau Groupe Scolaire de Corsier. Le lot porte principalement sur la fourniture et la pose des fenêtres, portes et ensembles vitrés extérieurs en bois, y compris vitrages, cadres, ouvrants, équipements, garnitures, tablettes intérieures, seuils, fixations, étanchéités et raccords nécessaires à leur parfaite mise en oeuvre. Les ouvrages présentent des dimensions, compositions et typologies variées, avec plusieurs ensembles de grandes dimensions. Une attention particulière devra être portée à la qualité architecturale des menuiseries, des bois et des finitions, ainsi qu’à la précision des raccords avec les ouvrages adjacents.
