Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contract covers the full management of a specialised psychosocial service for minors and their families affected by exposure to pornography and by non-sexual violence committed by minors against other people. The service applies where no case is open with the Juvenile Public Prosecutor's Office, no judicial proceedings are under way, and the case is not already being handled by specific competent resources such as services for juveniles in conflict with the law, ARRMI or other specialised regional or local network services. The intervention includes a brief assessment, guidance and, where appropriate, coordinated referral to the suitable resource, ensuring continuity of care and avoiding revictimisation.

Description

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €2,280,080
€1.0M to €1.4M

This buyer's comparable awards in this sector came in at a median of 52% of their published estimate, half of them between 44% and 60%, based on 33 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
