Summary

Machine-generated summary

The tender covers the management of the Isabel La Catolica Care Centre for older people in situations of dependency in Madrid, comprising a residential home and a day care centre. These social care facilities provide accommodation, shared living and comprehensive care for older people, aiming to improve their quality of life, maintain and restore their functional capacities and support their families. The services are currently delivered by a company under a service contract that ends on 15 February 2027, so continuity of care is essential. The contracting authority cannot perform the services with its own staff and materials, so an external provider is sought to ensure proper care for centre users.

Description

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €26,038,813
€11.5M to €15.6M

This buyer's comparable awards in this sector came in at a median of 52% of their published estimate, half of them between 44% and 60%, based on 33 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
