Description

Die Stadt Ibbenbüren hat die bestehenden 5 Bürocontainer erworben und möchte auf die bestehenden Containeranlage ein zweite Etage als Schwarz-Weißbereich für den Kanalbetrieb aufsatteln. Hierfür sollen entsprechende Container angeschafft werden. Zusätzlich soll ein Besprechungsraum im Erdgeschoss ergänzt werden. Die Komplette Containeranlage besteht aktuell aus 5 Containereinheiten und soll zukünftig aus 12 Containereinheiten bestehen. Die zweite Etage soll über eine Treppenanalage von beiden Seiten erreichbar sein, um dieTrennung in Schwarz- und Weißbereich zu gewährleisten. Die zusätzlichen Container sollen aus folgenden Nutzungen bestehen: 1te Etage: Ergänzung eines Besprechungscontainers mit Zugang von außen. 2te Etage: 1. Container: Wasch- und Trockencontainer 2. Container Schwarz Bereich 3. Container Schwarz Bereich 4. Container mit 4 Duschen mit 2 Waschbecken 5. Container Weiß-Bereich 6. Container Weiß-Bereich Die Container 2-3 und 5-6 sollen längsseitig mit einander verbunden sein. Stirnseitig sind die Container über eine Treppenanlage erreichbar. Alle Container der 2. Etage sind über einen Flur mit einer Breite von 1m miteinander verbunden. Hauptmassen 7 Container inkl. Sanitärbereich und Treppenanlage
