Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αποτελεί η «Λειτουργία, Συντήρηση, Υποστήριξη και Αναβάθμιση της ψηφιακής πλατφόρμας του Ψηφιακού Φροντιστηρίου, καθώς και η υποστήριξη της λειτουργίας των υποδομών φιλοξενίας των υφιστάμενων πληροφοριακών υποδομών του ΙΕΠ, τόσο των εγκατεστημένων σε περιβάλλον του Φορέα (on-premises) όσο και εκείνων που φιλοξενούνται σε περιβάλλον δημόσιου νέφους (public cloud)». Το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης επικεντρώνεται κυρίως σε: • Αναβάθμιση αρχιτεκτονικής και εκσυγχρονισμό της υποδομής, με στόχο τη μείωση κόστους, την αύξηση αξιοπιστίας και τη βελτίωση των επιδόσεων. • Επέκταση και αυτοματοποίηση των διαδικασιών CI/CD, ώστε να διασφαλίζονται συνεπείς, ασφαλείς και επαναλαμβανόμενες ροές ανάπτυξης και διαχείρισης. • Ενοποίηση monitoring, observability και logging, για τη δημιουργία μιας κεντρικής επιχειρησιακής εικόνας και την επιτάχυνση της επίλυσης περιστατικών. • Αυτοματοποίηση λειτουργιών και ενίσχυση της ασφάλειας, με συστήματα που μειώνουν τον ανθρώπινο φόρτο, ενισχύουν τη συμμόρφωση και βελτιώνουν την ωριμότητα του συνολικού οικοσυστήματος. • Σταδιακή μετάπτωση on-premises εφαρμογών και διαδικτυακών τόπων σε περιβάλλον δημόσιου νέφους. Το Έργο διαρθρώνεται στα ακόλουθα Πακέτα Εργασίας: • ΠΕ1 - Υπηρεσίες Λειτουργίας, Συντήρησης και Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης (Φάση Α΄): αφορά το σύνολο των υφιστάμενων υποδομών, καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της σύμβασης, με τριμηνιαίες εκθέσεις υπηρεσιών (Παραδοτέα Π1.1 και Π1.2), οι οποίες καλύπτουν ενδεικτικά: προληπτική και διορθωτική συντήρηση, διαχείριση ενημερώσεων και ευπαθειών (patch management), αντίγραφα ασφαλείας και ανάκτηση (backup/restore), παρακολούθηση λειτουργίας (monitoring, alerting), τεχνική υποστήριξη χρηστών και διαχειριστών· περιλαμβάνει επίσης υπηρεσίες επιτόπιας (on-site) υποστήριξης είκοσι τεσσάρων (24) ανθρωπομηνών κατά τη διάρκεια της σύμβασης (Παραδοτέα Π1.3 και Π1.4). ΠΕ2 - Δράσεις Ανάπτυξης και Υλοποίησης (Φάση Β΄): αφορά την ανάπτυξη νέων λειτουργικοτήτων και καινοτόμων ψηφιακών δράσεων, καθώς και τη μετάπτωση των εναπομεινασών σε παλαιές on-premises υποδομές εφαρμογών και διαδικτυακών τόπων του Φορέα - ενδεικτικά τριών (3) - και τη φιλοξενία και συντήρησή τους σε περιβάλλον δημόσιου νέφους, σε δύο (2) ετήσιους κύκλους (Παραδοτέα Π2.1, Π2.2).
